About South America Fire-EMS Fund
Our history
We started with a simple phone call asking if we could assist a small department in Caramanta, Colombia. Through conversations with them, we realized the need for a program like ours. Since then, we have grown into a nonprofit obtaining commodities, monetary donations, training and public safety literature.
Unfortunately, due to circumstances, we have not been able to currently help the people of Colombia, but since then, we have been fortunate enough to have been put in contact with NGO Inca Garciloza del a Vega in Peru. They have helped us to work with stations in Callao and Lima. And with a blessing from the Vatican, we hope to continue to work with the brave first responders of Peru and someday return to Colombia
